Support Plan Features
The Progeny Support Plan is required for the first year of licensing. Clients may also purchase PSP at a discount for a term of three years at time of original purchase. This protects against potential price increases during the extended PSP term. The Support Plan is only available for current products and can only be purchased as part of a bundle with a current Progeny product. If you own a previous version of a Progeny product, these bundles are also available at special upgrade pricing. Each maintenance plan is per licensed user and allows you to submit unlimited support requests for the duration of your plan.
