    For the life of the product.  Email Progeny Support with your questions.  We cannot guarantee support for versions more than 1 back.
  • Full Technical Phone Support
    While under the Progeny Subscription Plan. Call us toll-free (US & Canada) at 1-800-PROGENY (800-776-4369); or 574-968-0822 International between 8AM - 5PM EST.
  • New Releases and Upgrades
    While under the Progeny Subscription Plan.  Clients can continue to receive New Releases and Upgrades after year one when they opt to purchase the PSP. 

 

Training

Video Tutorials
Several Video Tutorials are available to evaluate and learn Progeny in minutes.

Interactive Web Conferencing
Web-based interactive training is available for all new users for an additional cost. This customized web based training is on a one-on-one basis or for groups on an hourly fee basis. The interactive sessions are live via phone and web, allowing trainees to ask questions and participate while viewing their screen right from their own desk.

On-Site Training
Progeny also offers on-site training. Training can be arranged on-site in your organizations training center, or at a location nearby. Training is customized to your application and needs. Please call for a quotation.
