Progeny is a certified Affymetrix GeneChip-compatible™ partner.  As a GeneChip-Compatible Software Partner, Progeny is committed to seamlessly integrating the Affymetrix platform.  Progeny Lab handles all variations of Affymetrix SNP sets, including the new SNP Array 6.0. Lab also imports native Affymetrix CHP file genotypes.

Progeny is a partner in the IlluminaConnect program created by Illumina to promote data integration with their analysis software tools.  Progeny Lab is integrated with Illumina's BeadArray analysis software, allowing for easy export of genotype data.

Progeny has collaborated with Golden Helix to integrate Progeny Lab with Golden Helix's SNP and Variation Suite (SVS), whereby genotype and copy number variation data can be stored, managed and analyzed all within a single interface.
