Connect Anytime From Any Browser
Run Progeny LIMS from any browser (IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome) without compromising security and maintaining your compliancy. Perform all the major functions as in a client installation (except for some administrative tasks).
Data Security and Configuration
Two different servers house the web server and database server separately. Web browsers will connect through an outside firewall to the Progeny Web Server which will securely direct traffic in and out of the database. The Progeny database is located behind an additional firewall, providing another security layer to prevent attacks on the web server from directly compromising the database.

The Progeny Web Server has the following requirements:
- Windows Server 2003/2008 Operating System
- 1GB RAM (2GB recommended)
- 100 MB Hard Drive Space
- Tomcat 6 (Servlet container/Application Server)
- Java 6
