Recommended LIMS Printers
The following printers and labels are ones that Progeny has tested and found ideal for the LIMS environment. These printers are guaranteed to work with Progeny 8, and are divided into three classes based on their capabilities.
- Class 1: Direct-attached printer suitable for small lab environments with a single workstation.
- Class 2: Network-enabled printer suitable for multi-workstation environments.
- Class 3: Network-enabled high resolution printers designed for larger environments with many workstations. Ideal for printing 2D barcodes for test tube bases < 5 mm.
