Create and Manage Custom Containers and Plates
Manage any type of container including freezer, shelf, rack, box, tank or plate. Create custom plate sizes (ie. 96, 384 or custom wells) or import plates. View samples within each conatiner on the main screen.
Track, Print and Export the Plate Layout
Add controls and samples to the tray via drag-and-drop. Once filled, print out the plate layout for experimental setup, and export the layout with additional identifying information (such as the ABI format, Illumina DNA Manifest, etc). Progeny Lab keeps a record of plates built for future reference.
