I had a question about doing a genotype import when there are a large number of discrepancies. Is there a way to tell Progeny to select A1new and A2new for all markers in the discrepancy tab rather then have to click them all by hand?

Yes there is a way to highlight them all. The CTRL and SHIFT buttons allow you to select multiple rows.

    1. Select the first A1new (it will be highlighted in yellow)
    2. Scroll to the bottom
    3. Hold SHIFT and select the last A1new (the entire A1 new column will be highlighted in yellow)
    4. Repeat for A2new

All the rows should now be selected. You can right click and choose "Resolve Selected Discrepancies".
