We would like to print barcodes for new samples in advance and assign them to individual later on. Is there a way to print multiple barcodes on a single sheet (letter size, lab tube stickers)?

No. Progeny can only print label to label with a barcode printer. If you print your barcodes externally, however, you can add those barcodes as the samples are scanned in.
