It would be helpful to have a way to note if a set of triplets is composed of a set of monozygotic twins plus a sibling. Is there any way to make that happen in progeny? We have tried to change the relationship line but it assigns the monozygosity to all three of the kids.

Thanks for your post Susan! Currently there isn't a way to show multiple zygosity designations within a group of multiples. I have heard this request from some of our other Progeny customers and it has been added as a feature request in our database. Are there any other community members that would like to see this feature added?

Related to multiples... we would also be interested in a computed field that would display the %concordance of twins/multiples (one field) based on the current number of genotyped markers the twins share (second field), which would update automatically as new markers are done. Would those fields be possible?

Unfortunately the software is not designed to do any comparative genotype analysis. If you were to import the % concordance data into Progeny from an outside application we can store it for you.
