It works much like the "populate old searches" feature for search engines. All you need to do is type in her user name and log in one time. We do not see her username in the dropdown field for the login. I have asked the user to change her password, her name did not appear; I have deleted her as a user and added her again (with all the settings she is allowed to), her name still did not appear. Do I forget something in the procedure? </p>
