It identifies the suburb name, the postcode and the service area. Is there a way in which I can set the data entry field to locate the required suburb name by typing the first few characters of the name in stead of having to repeatiedly pressing the first character. This is not applicable with so many entries. For example ; It takes 76 * M to reach MU for 'Musswellbrook'. </p>
